GLENDALE, AZ – A Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputy was hurt in a two-vehicle collision near Glendale Ave and El Mirage Rd on Wednesday, according to AZ Family.
The deputy was driving a white pickup truck when they collided with another driver around 2:40 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities believe alcohol and speed may have played a role in the collision.
The incident is under investigation.
