PHOENIX, AZ – According to Arizona DOT, a traffic accident blocked the HOV lane at southbound AZ 51 and Cactus Rd Thursday.

Emergency crews were called to the scene around 6:56 p.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the wreck.
