PEORIA, AZ – According to CBS 5, the Peoria Police Department Traffic Services Unit is investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that happened near N 67th Ave and W Happy Valley Rd on Saturday.
Manh Thach, 58, was driving a Toyota 4-Runner south on N 67th Ave when he strayed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Honda CRV head-on just before midnight.
Rescue crews transported the Honda driver to an area hospital with serious injuries. Three passengers from the Honda suffered minor injuries. It is unclear if they were taken to the hospital.
