CHANDLER, AZ – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Loop 202 near Chandler on Monday, Arizona Family reports.
The crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. near McClintock Drive. The specifics leading to the crash remain unclear, although the source said the impact caused the driver of a pickup truck to go off the freeway and land on gravel.
The pickup truck was totaled and was seen without a roof and a significantly damaged front hood.
Officials shut down the area for five hours before reopening all lanes at 6:30 a.m.
