APACHE JUNCTION, AZ – A judge sentenced a man on Friday for a fatal DUI crash that killed a woman and hurt her 7-year-old daughter on US 60 EB near S Mountain View Rd on Jan. 20, according to AZFamily.
Adam Parker was driving in the wrong direction on US 60 when he slammed head-on into a car driven by Elizbeth McAloon, 28, around 9:30 p.m.
Paramedics transported McAloon and her daughter to an area hospital where McAloon died.
Parker’s BAC at the time of the crash was .263, over three times the legal limit.
Parker was sentenced to 20 years in prison for second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
