News: Man crashes into Phoenix airport terminal

PHOENIX, AZ – Nobody was injured when a 36-year-old man crashed his vehicle into the west end of Terminal 3 at the Sky Harbor International Airport, reports News 12.

The incident happened around 1 p.m. near Door 3 of Terminal 3.

The investigation indicates that a Phoenix man, identified as Juan Villa Lopez, intentionally crashed his vehicle into the side of the building. The man’s motives remain unclear.

No injuries have been reported, but police arrested Villa Lopez on a charge of criminal damage.

A full investigation is underway.
