PEORIA, AZ – According to the AZ Family, a driver struck and killed a woman near Vistancia Blvd and Lone Mountain Rd on April 15.
The driver hit the victim around 6:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died from her injuries on Thursday.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
