PEORIA, AZ – Three people had to go to the hospital after a three-car crash on State Route 74 near Lake Pleasant on Friday, Fox10Phoenix said.
Law enforcement said at least one person sustained critical injuries, but they have not been able to confirm how the crash unfolded.
Officials closed the highway in both directions to accommodate the scene clean-up process.
