EL MIRAGE, AZ – A pedestrian had to go to the hospital following a crash involving a white sedan and a semi-truck on Thursday, Arizona Family reports.
The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. off El Mirage Road and Peoria Avenue. El Mirage Police did not specify how the collision unfolded, but indicated that the semi-truck crashed into a fence, while the sedan sustained significant damage to its passenger side and came to rest on the right lane and shoulder.
Upon arrival, EMS crews conducted CPR on the pedestrian before hurrying them to the hospital.
Police blocked off the area and urged drivers to avoid the area as they pursued their investigation.
