PHOENIX, AZ – According to 12 News, police are investigating a fatal auto vs. pedestrian collision that happened at 16th St and Thomas Rd on Monday.
Two vehicles collided with each other around 4 a.m. One of the vehicles fatally struck a woman at a crosswalk.
Rescue crews pronounced the woman dead at the scene and transported one of the drivers to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials have not released the woman’s name.
