News: Vehicle collides with west Phoenix eatery, injuring 2

PHOENIX, AZ – Medics took two people to the hospital after a sedan crashed into the side of a Mexican restaurant in west Phoenix Tuesday morning, reports Arizona’s Family 3 TV.

The incident happened just after 4 a.m. at Federico’s Mexican Food, which is located at the intersection of Camelback Road and North 35th Avenue.

The circumstances of the crash are still unclear, but police say that two vehicles were involved. One of the vehicles struck the side of the restaurant.

One person sustained critical injuries, and another went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
