News: Semi-truck driver dies following crash on US 93 in Wickenburg

WICKENBURG, AZ – According to CBS 5, a semi-truck driver died in a wreck on US 93 near mile marker 168 on Tuesday.

The driver of a Circle K semi-truck was traveling south on US 93 when they strayed into the northbound lanes of traffic and collided with another semi-truck around 10:45 a.m.

The collision caused the Circle K semi-truck to crash into a ditch. The driver died in the crash.

Three other vehicles were involved in the wreck. Nobody else was hurt in the incident.

Officials have not released the name of the deceased semi-truck driver.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
