PHOENIX, AZ – A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle crash near N 43rd St and McDowell Rd on Tuesday, according to AZ Family.
A driver was turning left onto N 43rd St when they collided with Otis Hayward, 46, as Hayward was heading west on McDowell Rd around 5:30 p.m.
Emergency crews transported Hayward to an area hospital, where he died.
The driver remained at the scene following the collision.
The incident is under investigation by the Phoenix Police Department.
