News: Driver fatally collides with motorcyclist in Upland Hills

PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZFamily, a motorcyclist died after colliding with a driver near N 43rd Ave and W Happy Valley Rd on Tuesday.

Chase Nunez, 22, was riding a motorcycle when he crashed into a driver turning left around 8:30 a.m.

Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on Nunez before pronouncing him dead at the scene.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and talked with the police.

Authorities may charge the driver after investigators reconstruct the scene.
