TEMPE, AZ – Traffic delays were reported in east Phoenix following a collision on Loop 101 this afternoon.
According to a report by Arizona DoT, the crash happened at about 3:33 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to Broadway Road.

The events surrounding the crash are not mentioned in the report. However, at least two lanes were closed as a result causing significant delays in the area for some time afterward while crews worked to clear the scene.
