PHOENIX, AZ – The HOV lane on I-17 was closed following a collision northwest of downtown Phoenix during Wednesday morning’s rush hour.
According to Arizona DoT, the crash happened at about 8:13 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the freeway just before Grand Avenue.
