News: Driver strikes, injures teen bicyclist near Thunderbird Conservation Park

GLENDALE, AZ – According to AZ Family, a driver collided with a teenage boy near N 67th Ave and W Hillcrest Blvd on Thursday.

The 45-year-old driver hit the 15-year-old boy around 7:30 a.m.

Rescue crews transported the boy to an area hospital with serious injuries.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene. Authorities do not believe impairment played a role in the crash.

The Glendale Police Department is investigating the incident.
