GLENDALE, AZ – A driver collided with a female pedestrian near 59th Ave and W Greenway Rd on Saturday, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit the victim around 10:30 p.m. They then fled the area before returning to the scene.
Rescue crews transported the pedestrian to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the collision.
