PHOENIX, AZ – Arizona Department of Public Safety arrested a 20-year-old man on Thursday after a fatal rollover collision that happened earlier this year in March.
DPS told AZ Family that the 20-year-old man, who was identified as Adan Dominquez Ornelas, faces homicide and aggravated assault charges.
The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on March 30 on southbound State Route 51. The impact of the collision had ejected one of the passengers, an 18-year-old woman. She died at the scene and has since been identified as Gianna Lopez.
Two other passengers were left in serious condition and transported to an area hospital. There, one of the occupants died several weeks later. The second deceased individual has been identified as 18-year-old Cesar Cazares.
