PHOENIX, AZ – An early afternoon crash along the Red Mountain Freeway near 24th Street blocked the HOV lane while crews responded to the scene, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened sometime before 12:46 p.m. on the westbound side of Loop 202 after 24th Street. Crews worked to clear the scene by around 1:15 p.m.
