News: Bicyclist dies in Phoenix intersection, potentially struck by several vehicles

PHOENIX, AZ – Witnesses report a deceased bicyclist was struck by multiple vehicles near the intersection of W. Camelback Rd. and N. 39th Ave. on Wednesday night.

AZ Family reports the fatal accident happened around 10 p.m. A witness claims she saw the bicyclist being hit several times by multiple vehicles. Many did not stop and left the scene. Local authorities report one driver remained at the crash scene.

Investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing.

The unidentified bicyclist died at the crash scene. Police report he was in his mid 60’s.
