News: AzDoT called to motorcycle accident in North Town

PHOENIX, AZ – The Arizona Department of Transportation was summoned to the scene of a motorcycle accident that happened in the North Town area Tuesday.

AZDOT said the collision took place at the intersection of North 7th Street and East Glendale Avenue and pulled up to the accident scene at approximately 4:54 p.m.

Crews have not provided a time estimate regarding when the scene will clear. In the meantime, drivers may want to consider alternative routes or avoid the area altogether as workers clean up debris from the wreck.

Officials have not yet shared the exact cause of the motorcycle accident or said if anyone was injured. These details will be added to an updated news blog post once authorities release more information.
