News: 8 hurt following 2-vehicle crash in Chandler

CHANDLER, AZ – A two-vehicle crash near Goodyear Village sent eight people, some of which were juveniles, to the hospital Saturday morning.

According to 12 News, a pickup truck and a sedan collided at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Hunt Highway sometime before 8 a.m.

The individuals in both vehicles, six in the pickup truck and two in the sedan, were transported to nearby hospitals with injuries ranging from serious to potentially-life-threatening.

It is unclear at this time exactly how many juveniles were involved in the crash.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the collision. Should additional information come to light, this news blog will be updated.
