News: 43-year-old man killed in 3-vehicle crash in NE Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – A man was killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision in northeast Phoenix this morning.

According to ABC 15, the crash happened when the driver of a Chevrolet Equinox crossed the center line near 52nd Street and Cactus Road and crashed head-on into another vehicle. A third vehicle was then sideswiped during the crash.

The driver of the Chevrolet, 43-year-old Chad Hunt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver who was hit was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the vehicle that was sideswiped sustained minor injuries in the wreck.
