PHOENIX, AZ – A pedestrian died as a result of a suspected hit-and-run crash that happened west of Homestead Park on Sunday.
Police told 12News that the collision took place in the area of North 27th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. Police pulled up to the scene after 4 a.m. and declared the victim dead at the scene.
Police said the victim was a male, but have not released his name, age, or place of residence.
Police have not specified what the potential suspect may look like or what vehicle they drove. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
