NEAR WICKENBURG, AZ – Three people lost their lives and three others were injured as a result of a T-bone crash that took place on U.S. Highway 93 Saturday.
An eyewitness told fire crews that the collision happened after an Acura driver attempted to pass another vehicle on the highway and struck another vehicle, according to Fox10Phoenix.
Three of the Acura occupants did not wear seatbelts and were thrown from the car as a result. Moments later, they died from their injuries.
Another Acura passenger was left with critical injuries and is now in stable condition. The Acura driver sustained minor injuries.
The driver and passenger from the other vehicle were left with non-life-threatening injuries.
