CAVE CREEK, AZ – Two people were sent to the hospital after a plane rollover collision that took place near Black Mountain Boulevard and Carefree Highway on Wednesday.
The plane rollover collision happened before 11 a.m. near the Cave Creek Landfill, according to ABC 15. The events leading up to the crash remain scarce. However, based on what our team knows so far, it appears the pilot student and his flight instructor needed to make an emergency landing. As they made their landing, the plane crashed and overturned in the process.
The pilot and student were able to safely exit the plane and were sent to a hospital for a medical evaluation. Their current physical conditions have not been disclosed.
