PHOENIX, AZ – An Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper was injured in a crash between the trooper’s patrol vehicle and a Tesla on Interstate 17 on Thursday, 12 News reports.
The trooper sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. It’s unclear if the trooper was inside his patrol vehicle or standing outside when the crash happened.
In addition, no citations were reported for the Tesla driver.
