PHOENIX, AZ – A person was killed in a motorcycle collision that happened along the Deck Park Tunnel on Monday, AZ Family reports.
The collision occurred around 4:30 a.m. on I-10, just before the tunnel. Preliminary details show that the motorcyclist crashed into a median attenuator and succumbed to their injuries a short time later.
Officials shut down three lanes to accommodate the scene clearance process and investigation. During the closures, traffic delays could be seen on 75th Avenue.
All lanes reopened around 6:30 a.m.
