News: Multi-car crash injures 2 in west Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – Medics transported a man and a woman to the hospital Tuesday after a vehicle struck them at an intersection, reports Arizona’s Family 3TV.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of 77th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, which is just north of Tuscano Town Center.

The investigation thus far indicates that one of the cars from a multi-vehicle crash hit the couple. Police have not yet released any other details about the collision except to say that the man and woman are in critical condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
