PHOENIX, AZ – A motorcyclist died after he hit a sedan near 7th St and E Deer Valley Dr on Sunday, according to AZFamily.
Police believe Braiden Lawson, 34, was riding a motorcycle at high speeds when he ran a red light and slammed into the side of a sedan turning left onto Deer Valley Dr around 2:45 p.m.
First responders transported Lawson and the sedan driver to an area hospital, where Lawson died. The sedan driver is in stable condition.
Following the collision, crews shut down the area so detectives could investigate the incident.
