PHOENIX, AZ – A 48-year-old man died as a result of a shooting-turned-crash in the Maryvale neighborhood last Friday, June 19.
Arizona Family said the incident happened around 2 a.m. on Weldon Avenue near 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road. Police believe the 48-year-old man, later identified as Otis Sueing, Jr, was shot at and tried to drive away, before crashing his vehicle.
EMS crews rushed Sueing to a hospital, where he later died.
Police are working to determine Sueing’s suspect.
