PINAL CO., AZ – Officials closed the eastbound lanes of I-10 near Red Rock Wednesday after a rollover crash involving a semi-truck, reports Fox 10 Phoenix.
Police say the incident happened in the very early morning near mile marker 222, which is between Picacho and Red Rock.
The circumstances of the accident are still unknown. Video footage at the scene showed an overturned 18-wheeler engulfed in flames.
Both eastbound lanes remained closed until around 9:44 a.m., at which point the left lane re-opened.
A full investigation is underway.
