PHOENIX, AZ – A 21-year-old man’s life was claimed in a fiery vehicle accident that took place in the area of Loop 101 and Thomas Road on Saturday.
According to Fox10Phoenix, the incident unfolded when the 21-year-old man, later identified as Adrian Jones, was driving on his way to a shift at Wendy’s, when he swerved off the road to avoid hitting something. Police then said another vehicle crashed into Jones’ vehicle, which caused it to catch on fire.
Jones later died from his injuries.
Police did not specify whether they cited the other driver and have not released more information about this deadly collision.
