PHOENIX, AZ – A hit-and-run driver struck and killed a male pedestrian near Cave Creek Rd and Bell Rd on Saturday, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit Carlos Lopez-Chavez, 43, around 7:30 p.m.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
