GILBERT, AZ – According to 12 News, a driver struck and killed a woman at E Queen Creek Rd and S Val Vista Dr on Thursday.
The driver hit the 45-year-old woman as she was walking around 7:45 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the woman to an area hospital, where she died.
Officials have not released the woman’s name or what led to the collision.
