PHOENIX, AZ – At least two lanes on Loop 202 were shut down following a crash in far east Phoenix this afternoon.
According to Arizona DoT, the accident happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to University Drive.

The cause of the crash is unclear as of this writing. However, at least two right lanes were shut down as a result, forcing rush-hour commuters to get by in the remaining two lanes.
