PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fatally collided with a woman at N 19th Ave and W Cactus Rd on Saturday, according to CBS 5.
The driver was heading north on N 19th Ave when he hit the woman as she was crossing the street around 6:30 p.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
The Phoenix Police Department is investigating the incident.
