PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fatally collided with a male pedestrian near N 32nd St and E Oak St on April 5, according to CBS 5.
The driver hit the man outside a marked crosswalk around 1 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene. Authorities do not believe they were impaired.
