PHOENIX, AZ – A driver died following a fiery two-vehicle crash on AZ 101 Lp near 7th Ave on Saturday, according to AZ Family.
A person driving a pickup truck slammed into a garbage truck around 2:30 a.m. The crash caused the pickup truck to catch on fire.
Crews pronounced the pickup truck driver dead at the scene. The garbage truck driver was not hurt in the incident.
Officials have not released the pickup truck driver’s name.
