PHOENIX, AZ – A driver struck and killed a pedestrian on I-17 at the Durango curve on Monday, according to 12 News.
The driver hit a man who was reportedly throwing objects at cars around 12 a.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene. They did not display signs of impairment.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident. They have not released the victim’s name or the cause of the collision.
