PHOENIX, AZ – According to AZ Family, a driver struck and killed a male pedestrian near S 7th Ave and W Mohave st Saturday.
The driver was heading north on 7th Ave when they hit the victim as he crossed the street around 3:45 a.m.
Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital, where he died.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene of the accident.
Authorities do not believe impairment was a factor in the crash.
