PHOENIX, AZ – A driver fatally struck another vehicle near S 79th Ave and W Lower Buckeye Rd on Sunday, according to CBS 5.
A pickup truck driver was heading north on 79th Ave when they ran a stop sign at Lower Buckeye Rd and collided with an eastbound car around 4:30 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced a woman dead at the scene. They transported two children and three adults to an area hospital.
Officials have not released the victims’s names.
