PHOENIX, AZ – A driver died in a crash near 40th St and Thomas Rd on Saturday, according to CBS 5.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene around 5:30 p.m. They found John Ybarra, 55, seriously injured. They pronounced him dead at the scene a while later.
Officials have not released information concerning the cause of the crash, the number of vehicles involved, or if anyone else was hurt in the incident.
