PHOENIX, AZ – A crash on the westbound side of the South Mountain Freeway at 24th Street blocked the right lanes of traffic Friday afternoon, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened sometime before 4:14 p.m., and crews worked to clear the scene and re-open the right lanes of traffic by around 5:19 p.m.
