PHOENIX, AZ – Officials closed the northbound on-ramp to Loop 101 Wednesday morning after a crash on the freeway near Northern Avenue, reports Arizona DOT.

The incident happened around 8:49 a.m., and crews worked for several hours to investigate and clear the scene. The on-ramp re-opened around 12:33 p.m.
