PHOENIX, AZ – A collision in the Peoria area caused major rush-hour delays for commuters on I-17 this morning.
According to Arizona DoT, the crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to Dunlap Avenue.
