TEMPE, AZ – A 7-year-old child riding a go-kart was sent to the hospital after colliding with a car in the Alameda-Campus area on Saturday, 12News said.
The driver of the car was turning right when they collided with the child in the area of Alameda Drive and College Avenue.
The child was accompanied by a parent when the collision occurred, and was taken to the emergency room out of precaution.
The child appears to be in stable condition.
