PHOENIX, AZ – A vehicle fire shut down an exit lane on I-10 in far west Phoenix this afternoon, Arizona DoT reports.
The fire broke out at about 1:48 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to 67th Avenue.

We do not know at this time what may have sparked the blaze. However, the exit lane was closed for just under an hour while fire crews worked to knock down the fire.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Should more details come to light, this blog will be updated.
