PHOENIX, AZ – Police have not yet identified a female pedestrian that died Saturday after a vehicle struck her at a busy intersection in northeast Phoenix, reports 12 News.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of North 24th Street and East Campbell Avenue, which is just southwest of Camelback High School.
The investigation indicates that a northbound vehicle struck the pedestrian in the crosswalk at the intersection.
Authorities do not suspect impairment at this time. A full investigation is underway.
